There needs to be lighting improvement in Chicago

Commercial lighting in Chicago has some problems. I would like to see lighting improvement in Chicago. There is not a lot of energy savings in Chicago I would like to see a change. If more places worked together with energy savings, then maybe there would be some commercial lighting improvement in Chicago. It would be great if there was a plan put together to improve commercial lighting in Chicago. Once the plan is made maybe there will be some energy savings in Chicago as well.
