I was talking to my grandfather about Energy Efficiency in Chicago after watching a news program on Energy Efficiency in Illinois. He didn’t think that Energy Efficiency in Chicago was as big as a priority as Energy Efficiency in other Illinois towns and cities. That’s when I told my grandfather about the ComEd rebate. I told him about all the people I knew that had received the ComEd rebate because of the Energy Efficiency focus in Chicago. He was shocked because the news program on Energy Efficiency in Illinois never mentioned it.
